Just bought my first soiree wine aerator and bought an inexpensive Cabernet just to try it out. Very impressed, sampled the vino first, many tannins, bitter. Used the soiree aerator and my wife and I were amazed at the difference! Mellowed right out and took a wine that was not very drinkable and make it very approachable and enjoyable. I recommend this to everyone, especially the blown glass format and the quality for the price. AAA+++
