I can not say enough good things about Ron at Marshal’s Vineyard, what a genuine guy.
We met Ron at the Wings&Wine festival, and Ron said if Vyd Vlog came up, he’d give us a barrel tasting. Well, I don’t think we left a barrel untouched, and he’s got varietals galore just hanging out in the barrel. He shared so much diverse info, there are 3 videos. And he is doing so many fun things, you’ll even see some Malbec that has been aging in a Jack Daniel’s Barrel. But he’s got it all from Limberger to Zin to Barbera. I can not promise you he’ll offer you barrel samples, but if you get up there, I know he’ll make it worth your while.
